M. Zachary Bluestone

Zack is a veteran litigator and strategic advisor with nearly twenty years of experience in complex commercial litigation, financial fraud, and judgment enforcement. He leads Bluestone, P.C., the third generation of his family to run the firm.

He represents creditors, defrauded investors, insurers, corporate boards, and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes, often multi-jurisdictional disputes. Operating from a conflict-free platform, he regularly takes on major financial institutions and market participants to secure recoveries for victims of asset dissipation and fraud, pairing rigorous legal analysis with creative, technology-driven strategies, including in the digital assets and cryptocurrency-recovery space.

He speaks regularly at international asset recovery and fraud conferences and is a Washington, D.C. native.
