Biography
As an experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Raphael is responsible for the firm’s local litigation, specializing in collection and contract litigation, and post-judgment enforcement proceedings. In addition, she maintains her local estates and probate practice through which she acts as a court-appointed fiduciary for District of Columbia area residents.
Ms. Raphael is also involved in the administration of our international debt recovery practice, performing a number of various functions for our clients and agents.
