Ms. Thomas brings more than 40 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a specialty in every facet of evidence collection, organization, analysis, and the procedures required to introduce and admit evidence at trial. She has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, including service as a certified trial presentation consultant.

Prior to joining Bluestone, P.C. in 2025, Ms. Thomas spent 25 years as Director of Litigation Technology & Support at a prominent Florida firm. There, she led the introduction and firm-wide implementation of a Uniform Case Management System — including electronic case management — across all practice areas, and oversaw every aspect of the firm's litigation practice operations. She also created and managed the firm's internal Litigation Support Department, responsible for the collection, processing, and organization of case evidence, including eDiscovery protocols, and led ongoing training for the firm's litigation attorneys and paralegals.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Thomas has mentored and managed many teams of litigation paralegals.
