Ms. Bonder provides operational support at Bluestone, P.C., working on the firm’s operational infrastructure — establishing the systems, policies, and workflows that support the firm’s offices across multiple locations. She leads the firm's day-to-day operations, including human resources, recruiting, information technology, cybersecurity, vendor management, and office administration, while developing the internal communications, onboarding processes, and strategic initiatives that support its continued growth. She works closely with firm leadership and outside consultants to coordinate cross-functional projects and keep operations running seamlessly.

Abby brings more than a decade of operational and organizational leadership to the role. She has served on senior leadership teams guiding organizations through major transitions and strategic growth, directed multi-million-dollar portfolios and complex compliance and reporting functions, and managed relationships with dozens of partner organizations and government stakeholders. Earlier in her career, she held a series of policy and operations roles in city government, coordinating cross-agency initiatives and advising senior officials.
