Soyoung Michelle Park is an associate at Bluestone Law International where she focuses on representing domestic and foreign clients in commercial disputes, particularly those involving South Korean entities transacting business in the U.S. and globally. Her practice includes representing clients in state and federal courts, on a variety of commercial matters, including the application of the U.N. Convention on the International Sales of Goods (CISG) to international commercial sales transactions. In addition to her international dispute resolution work, Michelle also serves the firm’s clients in a variety of financial investigatory and due diligence related work.
As a native of South Korea, fluent in Korean (and English), Michelle is able to combine her strong problem solving skills with her international legal experience, which includes a stint at a law firm in Seoul. Michelle’s background is an asset for foreign companies transacting business in South Korea and vice versa.
Michelle is a graduate of Sogang University (Seoul) and the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as a member of the International Law Society.
